Stainless steel flange (also called flange plate or raised edge. It is a part that connects pipes to each other, and is connected at the end of pipes. There are holes on the flange, through which bolts can pass to tightly connect the two flanges. A gasket is used for sealing between the flanges. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings with flanges (raised edges or flange plates). It can be formed by casting, or it can be constructed by threaded connection or welding. Stainless steel flange joint consists of a pair of flanges, a gasket and several bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces of the two flanges. After tightening the nut, when the specific pressure on the gasket surface reaches a certain value, it will deform and fill the uneven parts on the sealing surface, making the connection tight and leak-free. Some pipe fittings and equipment already come with flange plates, which also belong to flange connection. Flange connection is an important connection method in pipeline construction.

Stainless steel flange connection is easy to use and can withstand large pressure. In industrial pipelines, the use of flange connection is very extensive. In households, the pipe diameter is small and the pressure is low, so flange connections are not visible. If you are in a boiler room or a production site, there are flange-connected pipes and equipment everywhere
