[Safety Specifications]
(1) Before using pneumatic tools, be sure to read this manual completely. You may only use pneumatic tools at the workplace after you understand the content, and must strictly follow its requirements.
[Warning]
Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure (100PSI/7.0BAR/7.0kg/cm²) when using the tool. Frequent operation of the pneumatic tool under an environment exceeding the operating pressure will greatly reduce the service life of the tool itself.
(2) When replacing tools or accessories, please disconnect the pneumatic tool from the air supply first.
(3) To protect your personal safety, wear goggles, earplugs and a face mask as much as possible during operation.
(4) Do not wear loose clothes, scarves, ties or jewelry during operation, so as to avoid being caught by moving or rotating parts and causing danger.
(5) When the pneumatic tool is connected to the high-pressure air source, do not press the trigger when the tool is not in use.
(6) Check the condition of spare parts at any time. Loose spare parts can cause serious danger.
(7) When replacing worn spare parts, please use special spare parts.
(8) Do not damage or impact the air pressure pipe.
(9) Never point the tool at yourself or other people.
(10) Before use, check whether the air pressure pipe is vulnerable or damaged. If the above conditions are found, please replace it immediately to maintain safety.
(11) Tighten all nuts and screws, and confirm that all equipment is in a safe state.
Proper lubrication is the responsibility of the tool user. Moisture will condense in compressed air, which is easy to cause rusting. Without proper lubrication, the service life of pneumatic tools will be greatly shortened.
[Notice]
Pneumatic tools need to be lubricated both before and after use.
Lubrication for the air motor part-
The air motor needs daily lubrication, but the number of times should not be too many.
[Warning]
Please disconnect the tool from the high-pressure air source before lubrication.
(1) Disconnect the tool from the high-pressure area.
(2) Press the trigger while adding 3~5c.c of special oil for pneumatic tools from the air inlet. Connect the tool to the high-pressure air source, and cover the exhaust hole with a rag or towel. Start the tool and run it in forward and reverse for 20~30 seconds each. After the high-pressure air is connected for operation, lubricating oil will be discharged from the rear exhaust hole.
Lubrication for the impact frame assembly (grease)
The impact frame assembly needs lubrication and maintenance once a week.
(1) Disconnect the tool from the air pipeline.
(2) Remove the screws on the front cover (or loosen the front cover directly) and wash the residual grease inside the front cover and on the impact frame assembly.
(3) Apply an appropriate amount of grease on the impact frame assembly, then tighten the front cover.
(4) Connect the air pressure pipe, gently press the trigger to idle for 20~30 seconds to let the grease lubricate the entire impact unit.
Notes
(1) Do not disassemble more parts than those that need to be repaired or replaced during disassembly and assembly.
(2) Be careful during disassembly and assembly to avoid damage to the tool or parts.
(3) Do not allow impurities to enter during disassembly.
