1. Gas Supply
(1) Supply the tool with clean, dry air at 90 PSI (6.2 Bar). Excessive air pressure will rapidly reduce the service life of the tool.
(2) Connect the tool using components, conduits and hoses of the appropriate size specified in the tool drawing.
(3) If an air pressure regulator is used, set the output air pressure to 0.62 MPA.
2. Procedures
(1) Connect the pneumatic tool to the air line.
(2) Set the air pressure properly.
(3) It is not uncommon to install an air lubrication device on the air line. If the air lubrication device is unqualified or not installed, the following daily maintenance shall be carried out for the tool:
A. After 34 consecutive hours of operation, disconnect the tool from the air source, drop 7-8 drops of high-purity light-weight engine oil (low viscosity) from the air inlet of the tool, then reconnect the air pipe, turn on the air source, and blow the oil into the cylinder. For users with available conditions and full-load working intensity, it is recommended to install a small oil filler at the air inlet connector.
B. Generally, it is required to conduct regular maintenance of draining water and removing impurities for the air compressor and oil-water separator every 30-40 days, so as to ensure that the air entering the tool is clean and dry.
